Any saved detailed report can have bulk actions run against it.
All bulk actions can be made "recurring", with the ability to run on specific dates, days of week, days of month, etc.
When a bulk action is run, an email can be sent to its owner.
Site administrators can see all recurring bulk actions established by all users.
