Create Custom RFP Templates
Each vendor selection may have its own set of criteria that you're judging. Create unlimited RFP templates — each item that you're grading can be weighted (currently on a scale of 1 to 3) and a value between 1 to 5.

Choosing a new vendor? Create the RFP selection project by entering basic info, selecting which vendors you're inviting to participate, and then change its status as you progress through the selection process.

Track RFP Responses with Vendor Scorecards
As vendors respond to the RFP, you can enter their responses into their "scorecard." The responses can then be viewed "by item" (to see which vendor performs best for a given item) or "by vendor", to easily see who's the highest-scoring vendor. Both reports can then be exported to Excel.
